I can easily solo que to 1800 without a problem. Work on playing broken heroes that require the least amount of teammate competence.

That's has never been true and never will be. Saying bad teammates / bad luck are keeping you stuck in 1500 despite you deserving to be higher is like 300+ lbs obese people saying they can't lose weight because of a thyroid problem, or noob poker players crying they can't move up from low stakes games because there are too many bad, lucky opponents.

If you take some responsibility and realize that in the long run you have nobody to blame but yourself for not increasing MMR, it gets much easier. If you just want to play casually and not improve that's fine, it's just a dumb game. But if you really want to increase MMR, start analyzing your replays, correcting your mistakes, and correcting your attitude and you'll make progress easily.
