It's a tough relationship to be coaching three 1OA players. Eakins' downfall was that he couldn't control the locker room, partly I'm sure because of egos. All accounts pointed to it being an attitude issue - the coach has to fix that, but the players can't be void of accountability.

Krueger should of never been let go. Mctavish got all excited with the big talk of eakins when he was auditioning for positions.
Mctavish firing him proves and shows to us he made a mistake.

It's not the only mistake he made, guy needs to fire himself and Lowe should gtfo while they're at it. Get rid of the old boys club and shake up the organization because the way it's been going obviously isn't working.
