So the phone call so far has consisted of: : cust support -> Tranfered me to BUSINESS gigabit -> Transfered me to reg gigabit -> Transfered me to billing -> Transfered me back to gigabit -> Now im on hold again lol

Funny part is, The business people probably got tired of me being tranfered to them.. So they just went ahead & Fixed my issue for me
