Still bitter he has been cheated out of the record for most 50 goals season. It would be awesome if he defied age and put up a couple 50 goal seasons.
Lockouts, covid and so forth prevented him from reaching 50 goals during shortened seasons.
He's already defying age, Im bitter his 30+ goal season every year since his career came to an end this year because of covid.
And yeah, it sucks he lost some time despite being healthy from lockouts during his prime when he could've easily scored 50+
He's truly the best goal scorer in the NHL ever. I think even if he slows down towards the end of his new contract, he can still be effective and pot some ezpz goals just sitting at his fav spot. Teemu scored some goals just being a pylon and using air respirators on the bench lmao
