It is hard to get the meaning of "DMX4" for me.
If you're looking for it in Jpn letter, it's "ディーエムエックスフォー"/Katakana letter and "でぃーえむえっくすふぉー"/Hiragana letter.

not looking for any meaning to be more clear i'm looking the letters: "D" "M" "X" in jpn, no meaning or anything

Corresponding letters as following then
D = ディー /Katakana, でぃー /Hiragana
M = エム /Katakana, えむ /Hiragana
X = エックス /Katakana, えっくす /Hiragana
