Salt in the wound

Got my replacement Sherwoody last night, and played our first game with it. Thank god it didnt break. I might cry if it breaks in the next month or so. Also, we played the first game of our 3 game series last night, pretty handily won 5-3. Game 2 is Sunday and I have a stag to go to Saturday, 74.32% chance I puke on the bench.

Which twig? The last one I was primarily using before my hiatus was the Rekker EK60 and I really liked it. That was the first modern Sherwood I've ever used. What is their top of the line stick now?

EK365 is the top of the line, thats what I bought and am using. Broke the first one after 4 games, got my replacement last night. I like the stick a lot but just like Easton they seem to have a durability issue.

Well hopefully your new one holds up. I may have to get a 365 as well before I start playing again. Then, I will truly test the durability of the 60 lol. I wasn't that rough with it when I was last playing so I never experienced durability issues like you have. However, I have with Easton, which is why I'm skeptical about buying another one of theirs.

Golfing 3-4 times per week to make up for the month long break between summer and winter seasons.

Best place for stick deals? I haven’t looked yet

weeeeeew

and just like that our season is over, time for a couple weeks of golf before the Winter season starts.

We were up 1-0 in the series going into last night and found out when we got to the rink IF we lost Game 2, Game 3 would be sudden death 3 on 3 directly after game 2. Needless to say, lost both, season over. I liked this league but the playoff format (round robin into a "3game" series) really left a sour taste in my mouth.

you guys should check out this app called sportsengine

it links your league schedule to the app and everything is conveniently in one place like schedule, stats, etc.
