Upgrading from an MSI 980 Ti Gaming card and because MSI allows you to remove the heatsink and cooling shroud to watercool without voiding warranty.

Better resale value with aftermarket cooler cards than FE versions. Also, I only ever buy cards with aftermarket coolers.

I don't think all of them do, no. Either way, I feel safer about doing that with EVGA and MSI cards.
