thanks buddy
Holy shit, no one has drank beer since may?!
Any way, me and a couple friends went to some of the local watering holes around here a few weekends ago.
Alvarado Streets Falkor's Fruit Kettle Sour (with Dragonfruit and Passionfruit)
I legit have never had a beer by them that I didnt like. And right now they are KILLING the IPA game for central california breweries, and im not huge on ipas.
Corralitos Brewing Company
A local small town place good beer, great people and they are getting bigger which is awesome.
This is a collaboration with Device Brewing called Inconceivable. Westcoast IPA with Magnum, Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado and Equinox hops, it was good, super juicy not overly bitter i would drink it regularly.
Sante Adairius Rustic Ales
These guys have been stepping it up, and for a small in size and brewing capacity (7 barrel system) they bang out a lot of beer and most important... really good beer.
This is Quality Of Life, it's an Oak-aged Dubbel with cherries. A lot of times when beer is barrel aged they will over do it with the fruit. Not the case here, great cherry flavor without being out of control, the beer still shines through, and the back end is lifted up by the oak.
