how many of you are craft beer virgins ?
such a vast area of different brews and tastes that can pair well with any food.
the west coast US i feel like it a head of the east but there are new breweries every day.

whats your favorite brewery and type of beer ?

what foods do u usually eat with these brews ?

im a big fan of IPAs, but im starting to drink and enjoy more and more stouts and porters .

dogfish is always pushing the boundry.

love stone, southern tier, there's soo much out there.

so get yourself out of the big name brews and try a craft beer. you might like it.

they are a little more expensive but you get a much better taste.

drinking hopsun from southern tier

its a summer wheat beer that actually has hops.

this drink would be great with some light summer food. maybe grilled salmon with some lemon zest and dill or rosemary.

i usually go with killians, as its quite good and pretty cheap. craft beers tend to be expensive, so i dont usually go for them. i tried one once, and it was ok, but not worth paying three tiems the price. dont remember what it was, though.

Should try to find a bar with em. Most will do samples.

In my opinion, most pale ales works great during the summer.
Most of them has a softer taste.

If you haven't already, try to get ahold of Wells Bombardier burning gold.
It's a pale ale which taste is great for beef, bird or just socializing.
