You know... Honestly - this is never going to happen. So to be fair I haven't given it as much thought as you obviously have. I don't have an exact plan to follow. I just believe that religion should be abolished and that violent criminals should receive harsher punishments than they do and should not be allowed to rise children.

Violent criminal punishment.. have harsher punishments helped to deter crime? I think you'd find that the answer is not as straightforward as you might think after careful analysis of the data.
