i'm on a real crap rig so i'm not expecting much of an oc but i'd like to go up from 3.6ghz to 3.8-3.9ghz on my fx4100

i upped the multiplier and set ht/nb to 2200 mhz as opposed to the auto 2000 mhz, and cpu should be at a solid 3.8 or 3.9 (either or, depending on what i set it to) but it cycles from 3.3ghz to 3.9 on current oc during prime95, and caps at 3.7ghz if i'm not stresstesting it like that.

base clock 200mz, multiplier min x7 (1.4ghz), max 19.5, if not under stress it hits x18.5 multiplier, if stressed it goes between x16.5 and x19.5 (3.3-3.9ghz) and only those multipliers

any ideas?

Right click on your afterburner short cut and go to "open file location". In there you want to open the afterburner.cfg file with notepad. At the bottom of the listFind the Enable Unofficial Overclocking EULA in the afterburner config file and put this after it: I confirm that I am aware of unofficial overclocking limitations and fully understand that MSI will not provide me any support on it

Also change Enable Unofficial Overclocking to "1". Voltage control option is in the settings, just check the box to enable it (although if you dont have reference cards, you probably dont have voltage control).
