As of now Hopkins has barely been a wr3 but has wr1 overall potential.

He’s wr#17 on the year. So a wr2... it was a factual statement based solely on the stats he’s put up so far this year. It wasn’t an opinion. I followed it up with my opinion of his wr1 overall upside.

Do you understand how completely irrelevant that is to point out tho? Its fuckin hopkins. You shouldn't be playing FF if you dont know that. Its obvious in my initial statement that's what was being inferred and you actually repeated me so thanks for repeating me.

Guy bought low, which is the best formula for winning in FF. Hopkins has struggled a bit this year, his drop rate is up quite a bit from last year, he's missed a number of easy (for him) catches and at least one touchdown. Uncharacteristic from what we know about him, but I'm still confident he'll turn it around and become a consistent monster by the playoff stretch. It is a bit disconcerting when a team puts up 50 points though and the star receiver still can't break 20 points. There's no reason Hopkins couldn't have been used more against such a pathetic secondary.

e: I can see why/how this trade happened. Guy with Hopkins is panicking and trying to get some value out of him. I wouldn't ever sell low on a guy like Hopkins, but I get where he's coming from.
