I wonder what its like frame everything you see through the lens of political animus

I wonder what it's like to have to reach that far to bash the NYT.

My mistake. Let's hold hands and have a hearty chuckle over a messed up tweet without acknowledging any political overtones.

When you reach for anything and everything to bash inconvenient news sources it's hard to tell when you're "just being silly".

I'm imagining your head asploding when you find out I pay a subscription to the NYT.

ding ding ding

this is also the same vein with the debt cancellation proposal. wtf is gonna happen to the lenders and the financing industry as a whole if you can just cancel a large part or all of their revenue streams because “it’s the nice thing to do”

oh but “so many consumers would have freed up capital they can spend, that will fix things”

even if i were to stand to benefit personally from such a scenario the overall effects would be disastrous.

I agree with not cancelling debt. I don't think there should be no way out for people that cannot manage their payments etc. Bankruptcy? You think everyone is going to declare bankrupt?
AND if you hate this you should hate the framers subsidies' the closest thing we have to socialism atm.
Farmers > subsidies from years ago> most % of food stamp users overall> tRUmp tariffs > subsidies round 2.
Bitch about people of color expecting hand outs.. Typical R's

Student debt held by the government would be cancelled, but I don't think anybody has proposed private debt be just eliminated without being paid in some way?
