Maybe if people didn't spend "only $300 the first 3 days" right after purchasing it for $100.....maybe then EA would bother to actually improve their game.
But as long as they have their pack buying minions, they have no reason whatsoever to bother with gameplay quality.
Fifa 21 won't be worse than Madden 21, but it's not far off.
The problem is, people think the more money they invest, the better they are.
They can buy the best player but will loose to a silver team and at the end it is the bad gameplay
