The thing u guys arent considering, its the the mats for doing this at level 60 - 70 are probably VERY expensive... they may even be expensive for level 30 items, but if its CHEAP for level 30 items that will be much different. Obv its gunna cost u alot of money to re-roll a max level item over and over till u get perfect stats. All this is confirmed btw. Blue post.
