I was thinking nothing above base level req of 35.. so it can have -5 lvl req at most... that seems somewhat responsible...

I it's how I did it during leveling... going up to lvl 37 would be insane... at lvl 37 the item qualities jump so much 30-35 they are very similar.

I dont see why not. I took a look yesterday and there arent many lvl-reduced uniques with devastating stats. and at that ilvl, -lvl goes up to -8 tops.

i dont see why not. this is 2handed and it will be like 70ish dps. there are plenty of 50-60 dps 1 handed weaps out there.



i remember i saw some trash yellow with like -6 lvl and iirc i think it had 118 intelligence on it. this is full of potential for rares, but hard to find as fuck.

i think these rules work for now, we may have to nerf certain skills as well, all depends on how it plays

Skills SHOULD NEVER be banned from gameplay...
