Mystic Breakdown.

You can only re-roll ONE stat on each item, but you can re-roll that ONE stat over and over again.

When you re-roll it account binds items.

Also randomly, when u transmogrify an item, it also binds it? :S kinda odd.

apparently, when you reroll it, you dont get a random property instead. they suggest a bunch to you and you choose one of them and then theres a CHANCE that you get that property. if you didnt, try again. but iron it seems that u can replace any property several times on the same weapon.

also, from the looks of it, they will require crafting mats around the same level as the item; which is very good for us since everything that isnt super late game are basically free. except there is no auction house to just get a virtually unlimited supply. we'll probably have to jsp / farm them up ourselves.

there is no lvl 48 bracket

what you all are forgetting about RoS is that items are gonna drop for your lvl, meaning you cant farm lvl 30 gear on a lvl 60 plus char... no matter where you farm in w/e act or difficulty your gonna get drops for your lvl, meaning if you wanna farm lld stuff your gonna have to keep remaking chars to farm that gear with.
