lots on waivers today because you have to waive a player before putting them on the taxi squad
then if they get claimed and arent in your 23 man roster you have to wave him to send him to the taxi squad and the team that lost him has first chance at reclaiming him

New York Islanders Joshua Ho-Sang, RW - Waived
Montreal Canadiens Noah Juulsen, D - Waived
some decent players available that i can see teams fitting into a 23 man roster and keeping

Joshua Ho-Sang

What a story....

The talent is there, the attitude is not. He had the gall to wear #66. What a clown.

yeah ikr
thats what makes him being waived so interesting like ...so much potential hes still 24 ...but is he worth it?
i though juulsun wasnt bad either maybe play a 6-7 guy for some weaker teams guys 23 and has some nhl experience
same with ouelett also waives by the habs seems like could be a decent 6-7 guy for a team thats lacking on D

nothing super amazing but teams weak in areas can definitely go for claims like that and fill out some depth at other teams expense with this taxi squad waivers lots of teams still gotta send their squads through
quick look at transactions maybe 14-15 teams that have waived 3+ players so still half the league to go

gms that feel like they got good players might wait til the last day hoping teams have claimed or sorted out their shit by then lol could see a bunch all on one day

Boumeester retires

No surprise. He’s healthy though.

Haven’t met many NHL players, but I’ve met him a few times. Nice career.
