TBH I am still shocked it has gone so for wrong the the Blues.

I had them pegged as being one of the better teams in the west.

One thing I have to ask : Is Ryan O'Reilly as good as his stats suggest?

I am looking at the roster and he is on a point a game pace while being one of the few Blues who has a positive +/-

Other notables such as Tarasenko and Schenn have considerably less points and are running some nasty +/- ratings.

O'Reilly has been traded a couple times in his young career and one has to wonder why that is the case? His numbers look good and he is doing very well with his new team.

he is BY FAR our best player. hes the one guy who brings a 100% compete level every night and does his job. hes always in the right position and hardly ever loses a 1 on 1 battle. hes the lone bright spot.

Interesting. Makes me wonder even more as to why two other teams passed on him. Hopefully some of the others get on track so his strong season does not go to waste.

well i just figured out the nhls dumbest rule

ok so its still an insanely weird rule but not as stupid as i thought. tarasenko cant pick up paraykos stick because parayko plays with a length exempt stick because hes so tall. only he is allowed to use it. if tarasenko picked up anyone elses stick hes fine.

how during 3v3 OT the ref thinks about and sees that with everything else going on is amazing.
