the distribution of spots is determined by a point system based on previous performances of each league. shocking that you don't know such basics...

Should go elsewhere is what I meant. Literally any other country. Wolfsburg in the CL is laughable

simple enough: "elsewhere" just has to outperform the bundesliga in international competitions, and the spots will go there. again, that's how the system works - and it's really not that hard to understand imo.
