actually i do have 4, but one of them a a big 8 or 10 foot (cant remember) 2 piece surf rod that we use for catching sharks and rays in the sloughs, havnt touched it in at least 6 or more years. although i need to pull it out and make sure its in decent condition and put braid on it so i can take it and go crab snaring, season just started on the 2nd

I drive up and down the beach until I find the spot the fish are at. Then I cast and pull one in, take a selfie with it and toss it back. I liek to do this a couple times a month, its a good show for sure and always a rush.

I use the same reel for my bass setup except with the Mojo Bass St Croix. 7'6". The sensitivity difference is worlds different than the old 7' Ugly Stik.

Was able to catch a PB yesterday with a 29.3lb Blue cat on 5" of water with a 10" Shad head. I might end up quitting bass fishing altogether and hunt the bigger cats and target some stripers. I'll at least keep the bass fishing to strictly spawning season.

got a daiwa eliminator 3000 reel and a okuma rockaway rod ra-s-902m 9foot medium/medium fast 1/2oz-1 1/2 oz lure weight 10-17lb line weight

gunna be using it for surf fishing (perch halibut striper) using light carolina rigs with sand crabs/berkly gulp sandworms/small grubs and 110 size jerkbaits

i thought i was signed up for this newsletter from one of these fishing rod companies that i like, they are doing a small batch (100 of each) rods as a trial to see if they should release it fully. 100 bucks + 20 bucks shipping (up to 6 rods fit in the tube) but they would retail for 200-220. well i found out like 14 days later. they were sold out of 3 that i would have bought, but i ended up getting 1 of them, and got a discount on a different model. so now i have 2 new fishing poles showing up saturday
