Why would they nerf? This is by far the most imbalanced setup right now, with Zombie Dogs on even a 6 second CD (not even the best possible). I wouldn't even bother with most of the other shit you have there, its completely unecessary.
Standard Spirit Walk/Soul Harvest with Zombie Dogs/Sacrifice/What ever the fuck you want and PtV/Zombie Handler/Tribal Rites, and even remotely good gear (including the reduced zombie dog cd helm/shield) would be ridiculous.
Edit: On paper this is like 100 times worse than Corpse Explosion/Amplify Damage.
Why would they nerf this? That would make me mad, they specifically added tribal rites for zombie dogs and the new homunculus for this patch, and I am pretty sure are aware of the reduce cooldown affix on helms. Arent they able to do 1+1? Jesus fucking christ ... nerf overpower, ias, force armor, the monk skills that gave full party immunity, proc coefficients on wd and dh skills, nerf devils anvil, nerf vision quest I would understand because maybe whoever was in charge of testing the game prerelease was probably braindead and had no imagination that they would turn out to be that op from just reading the skill descriptions or maybe actually trying out LOH / resource regen / stacked ias with various skills / combos.
