I have such mixed feelings about this season.

By mixed do you mean pessimistic?

mmm, I think it's more like, I ALWAYS want the Seahawks to do well but on the other hand, I sort of want them to tank for a better draft pick for the next season.

Something like that.

Im feeling the same way, I anticipate a 6 win season which hopefully will net us a decent draft

Seahawks win the SB and the Broncos go dead last.

or vesus vers ua.. denver win sstcup and sb with wilson, our hawks go 4-9001

The problem I have is that I want the defense to look good and the offensive to look okay 😂.

But that would mean we win 8-9 games, and I don’t want to win more than 3….but not winning more than 3 means we have more problems than just quarterback.

So it’s definitely a mixed bag.

I think the ceiling is 8-9 wins though. So by that logic I’d rather just tank and guarantee a QB of our choice.

So what do you guys make of the Baker news?

My mindset is if you’re fielding a competitive team outside of the quarterback then it’s probably worth making the trade. However, if you don’t think that then you just don’t do it.

But being competitive outside of QB and just winning 6+ games a season and kicking yourself out of the elite QB talent in the draft doesn’t do shit for anybody.

I’d be fine with this trade if the price is right. Still draft a develop a QB prospect but you won’t feel rushed.

I have zero interest in him
I don’t see him as much of an upgrade to Lock
Having the best run (rbs only) game in the league and not being able to throw the ball says plenty
