REALLY sweet dude, but i don't think you put enough stress on exactly how essential mana per kill is on items at a low level.
i don't think you need any int at all, unless it is an add to manaper kill, or
very high, e.g. 45+. also the charm you listed is type I, and that's a mistake a bigginerdoesn't want to make, as you can end up overpaying for charms with the same or worse stats than a type III.
I would use items like this, given the chance.
Magical ice III
Spell Damage: 14 to 17
Magic Cost: 25
+1 to 122 Magic per Kill
No ee, but it doesn't matter
Mythical rusted dagger
Damage: 5 to 8
+1 to 3 Magic per Combat Round
+1 to 30 Life per Kill
+1 to 119 Magic per Kill
+1% Life Steal
+1% Physical Damage Reduction
this one's a bit godly, but a plain mpk 50+would be fine
Angelic tattered padded robe
Defense: 0 to 2
+10 Intelligence
+76 Max Magic
+2 Critical Strike
+1 to 48 Magic per Kill
at level 5 a charm like this
Magical fire IV
Level Req: 5
Spell Damage: 11 to 30
Magic Cost: 35
+1 to 115 Magic per Kill
these items were even cheaper in the mp than the ones you listed, and i can guarantee a char could get from 1-5 with no regen using them, and you would only fail to get to 10 without regen if you had 3 or 4 very unlucky battles in a row.
there are ofcourse exceptions, such as those using arms with 40+int, mass mana, similar weapons, and 100+EE charms, but not many people can afford items like that
