The Xbox One S has a slight advantage over the original.

I played dark souls on an xbox one the other day on a 60hz TV

The input lag was like 20 ms from any joystick move to the TV, Dark souls also had immense frame dips during some important areas and boss battles in the sub 20's which is unplayable.
