Eh dont feel bad. I have a 286kg deadlift and a 133kg bench. Can pull triple body weight for deadlift but cant even push 1.5X body weight. Sad days. I just want 3 plates on bench.

Maybe i should try some floor pressing or something I have never done before.

286kg dead is staunch level status. Should be proud man!

Do you follow any programs or routines to hit that number?

Bit of a program hopper through the years and have made many of my own, but Id say I made quality progress during the time I ran Greg's 28 programs. I have a short attention span when it comes to programs and because his is just 4 weeks and do it again I could always see the end of the program coming rather than some 16 week thing that just seems like a slog. I preferred his DL 2x Intermediate. I enjoy doing triples and then the add of volume on the second deadlift day of the week kept my opposite stance (sumo) deadlift in check while still giving me deadlift volume but not in my primary stance which I think allowed for better recovery going into next weeks triples while still getting volume.

Titan took for fuxking ever to deliver my SSB, so eliteFTS SS Yoke came out in the mean time and I snagged one!

Got delivered today, siked to get home and try er out.

Maybe. My wingspan is an inch or two more than my height. I think it's my hamstrings from all my deficit pulling.

My upper body is pretty big but I cant OHP or bench. I don't even know. Sad ape.

I am just going to wear a slingshot under a hoodie to the gym.

Ordered some new gear for my gym..

Westside Barbell band set
Foot extensions for my rack so I don't have to anchor it
Wall mounted lat pulldown machine
GHR developer
Assault bike

Gym is coming along, and lifts are starting to get better. Just did a 10rpe on squats today, ended up being 365 on SSB for 8.

Wish I kept all the shit I bought after first lockdown…I made money on it but am currently using throw together stuff. I just keep thinking ‘’maintenance”
