I dig it man, go watch Coop with Garage Gym Reviews give it a review and he explains his rationale.

Ultimately, it’s 100% your gym. I’d wait for the SSYoke if I didn’t get the Titan SSB.

Buy once, cry once. My rep rack is already having the blue paint come off everywhere. I still think it worked out better than titan.

Tomorrow is leg day and I will suffer in silence without a squat bar.

I Started a 5x5 routine. It’s the first time I’ve tried doing anything strength based.

1RM’s first week were: 150kg squat, 230kg dead, 120kg bench

I’m 3 weeks in and noticing decent strength gains. I’ll be interested to see what my new Max’s will be!

230kg dl is pretty solid.

Thanks! It’s definitely my favourite lift by far

After a few weeks of 5x5 in currently doing

Squat 135x5
Bench 102.5x5
Dead 190x5

I’ll test new 1RM in 2 or so weeks

Where are you from? most guys here i see use lbs. I do 5x5 105kgs bench, but i am no way near 230 in dl. The most i've deadlifted (sumo style) is 160. You train mainly for strength? or hypertrophy?

I’ve only ever trained hypertrophy for bodybuilding type style. This is the first strength routine I’ve ever tried and I’m really enjoying it.

Dead is by far my best lift. My others are peasant comparably 😖
