wow, with your stats, i would think you will be taking in a lot more cals. ever thought of bumping them up to 4.5 - 5k to see if your strength shoots up?

Although the higher the cals = the thinner the wallet

Yes i have been stronger at a heavier weight class but i didnt like walking around and living life at that weight. I also play rugby so i have to keep some level of cardiovascular endurance and cant blow out

A lil 365 bench PR. These high quality, uncut or cropped videos, 3 then 4 seconds long were taken by my special ed brother.. So that’s a rip
An even bigger rip is that I tore my pec when I got 365.

new crib, moving in on the 19th.. Can't wait to be out of a rental.

Also, I can't wait to have my home gym set up.. I've got most of it bought.

Thanks man, pretty excited. Starting my build next week for my gym too.

Got a Titan power rack, Titan pulley system, 620 in York plates, TPS DL bar, Transformer bar, TPS Power bar and im shoping around now for a bench, used db set and maybe a GHR/Reverse hyper. Kinda thinking about getting the adjustable ones for now.

Always up for suggestions too.
