Bench 155 / 342
Deadlift 270 / 595

Total 655 / 1,444

Good job M8! Race to 700 total?

I might as well post a video. Here's my 6 rep at 143 kg/315 lb from last week.

God damn, nice. Unfortunately, benching hurts due to my tennis elbow.. each "push" gives my elbow a cranking sound

great job man.

Currently cutting down to 180, numbers are kinda garbage after my long ass abscence after my boy was born. 425/265/495 right now at 219..

Shook how much of a shot my lifts took after just 6-7 months of no steady programming. 315 for 3x6 kicked my fucking arse today on squats..
