I believe its directly caused by stopping lifting. Although in 11 weeks ive gone from 0 to 87% of my best (which took ~ 8 years of lifting and 4 of which powerlifting). If i pushed these lifts it could likely be at 90% of my best right now

Another meet in 7 weeks which is the one im training for. Looking to get within striking distance of old best, maybe 95% and then meet after that for PR's


Outside meet which was cool. Everything went to plan and were all easy last attempts. Was enough to qualify me for December comp

edit: oh the lifts were

Squat: 205 kg
Bench: 138 kg
Deadlift: 250 kg
Total: 593 kg / 1,307 lb

bw: 102.1 kg / 225 lb

I like what I see. Amazing job for having such a long time off! Crazy how the body can pick it up so quickly again

then 5x5 with 90's incline

5x5 100lb skullcrushers, shoulda done 2x5 110, then 3x5 100

burnout w/ dips + pushups

some other lifts thrown in there

pretty all over the place lately, thinking about getting back on an actual regimen but I am just kinda shocking the body each day

also starting another cut today so I'm gonna be pretty bummed to not see anymore progress

if yoy want to do bodybuilding exercises, do them in a body building rep range

I disagree - all broscience

No studies disregarding low rep range for semi-accessory lifts

Some claim joint issues

I blame their poor form vs heavier weights, it's pretty common
