I believe its directly caused by stopping lifting. Although in 11 weeks ive gone from 0 to 87% of my best (which took ~ 8 years of lifting and 4 of which powerlifting). If i pushed these lifts it could likely be at 90% of my best right now
Another meet in 7 weeks which is the one im training for. Looking to get within striking distance of old best, maybe 95% and then meet after that for PR's
Outside meet which was cool. Everything went to plan and were all easy last attempts. Was enough to qualify me for December comp
edit: oh the lifts were
Squat: 205 kg
Bench: 138 kg
Deadlift: 250 kg
Total: 593 kg / 1,307 lb
bw: 102.1 kg / 225 lb
