Keep in mind my gym dosent have a sled or sprint area (that would be my first pick)
I'm mostly skipping and stair mastering ( I find it has decent carryover to alpine hiking).
I'm finding days I do deadlifts and front squats I'm basically just slapping the skipping rope against my legs. But I don't want to do to much on the other days because I like going in as fully recovered as I can to my deadlift days.
I'm sucking a big one at trying to balance this.
Current routine is 5 days. Squatting and deadlifting on two of them bench and ohp on 3 of them.

LMFAO you must be doing bullshit intensity/volume to be able to do that
