it's very early to be bringing up your D when D was a main issue for Flyers

the issue is holmgren leaving hextall with andrew macdonalds contract maybe
we got a good young D thats going to improve as we go along i dont see much in terms of issues on the backend
unless we pick somebody in FA up for reasonable money and hes a sure cut top 4 our d isnt going to change much unless gudas or a mac get traded/bought out


our goaltending was an issue but that was mostly injuries and shit timing if anything id say thats what hextall would be targetting be hes already said hes waiting for the young guys and we have 3 goalies atm
and look how mrazek turned out as a temp fix lol we had the ahl back up starting games over him

i like what they say about jack hughes for farabee i remember people at the draft saying he was the reason farabee was so good and put up the numbers he put up which made me kinda like ughh
which seems pretty bs the kids good ive been watching the WJC showcase he is putting up the points and ive watched highlight vids hes pretty good

right now canada is beating usa 5-4 but all 4 american goals are from flyers prospects rofl farabee obrienx2 and cates
i love watching this they keep talking about how deep flyers prospect pool is

espn also ranked flyers 2nd in prospect pool after being 1st last season but with patrick to nhl we lost to the sabers with dahlin
but thats not bad a top 3 prospect pool and we are a playoff team thats only going to get better with the amount of young players already graduated to the nhl
