I think z gets traded or doesn't get an offer tbh even tho I loved how he played these playoffs, he was extremely vocal.. Even from the bench, Not sure what todo with jost... Hes been pretty disappointing since getting drafted.

For UFAs I'd like to only see namestnikov come back. That leaves some room for young talent.

Not sure what to think about goaltending also. I guess you give Grubauer one more year and hope he figures it out and stays healthy. Lotsa goalies floating around on the market right now tho... Maybe sakic changes plans?

Zadarov is meh to me, just seems so slow iunno. I’d like to see Gru back but I think we need a true #1

As a blues fan I'd prefer zadorov back. Guy is good for a penalty a game and other than blocking shots isn't much of an asset, similar to bortuzzo for us

I agree , I don't really mind if he gets replaced... However I've accepted him as being a 3rd pairing guy who should not exceed 15 minutes a game. The problem is when he starts filling in for injuries... He's just not the right guy for that.. either is cole... Great when deployed in only correct situations.

Alrighty coming into tomorrow here's my wish list for the avs. Not all of them ofcourse, some are outrageous but a guy can wish ya?

Hall signs 1-3 years
Toffoli signs 3-5 years
Avs trade Johnson, Sign Pietroangelo 7 years
Hoffman 1-3 years
Any goalie upgrade would be nice but if they guys can stay healthy I'm alright riding them one more year.
Trade Jost, Zadorov and Cole
Resign Namestnikov, Graves, Burkovsky and Nichuskin. If we get one of the above players, namestnikov probably will be to expensive for us.

I havent read any reports really outside of who is available, so im not sure on what the current ufa are reportedly wanting but...
i dont think Hall will sign a 1-3 year deal, i'd imagine he most likely wants to get a long term deal but Hoffman i could see signing for 1-3 years and i think he would be a good fit for the avs.

Only real report I've read is he wants to win. That's his #1 focus, in a pandemic cap era it'd be smart to work a 3 year contract and get paid once the cap starts getting higher ,+ putting yourself on a stanley cup contending team would be nice for your stock. He's got about 45 million career earnings so far.
