Well fought win against the Bruins tonight. They definitely earned those 2 points.

Rumor has it Sakic is sending Timmins, a 2020 first, and a prospect/roster player for Hall

Honestly, if he's willing to take a 5 year deal, instead of 8, I'd go for it. He can honestly be that piece that puts this team over the edge.

I'd be hesitant if he only wants an 8 year deal, simply because of his age. Anything less than 8 years demanded and I don't hesitate.

I heard Kamenevs/Jost name also... Which I think would be okay..

The team is pretty deep.They could trade some of their up and comers to make a push.

If they pick up Hall I don't think anyone else in the west has a better top 6.

This is a team that has kept winning despite significant injury.


One player I am impressed with is Ryan Graves. Colorado has big defenders that play tough hockey.

I did not know how effective Graves was until I watched a bit more closely this year. The other talented players on the team are easily recognized.


This team has shutdown defenders with size, Makar is one of the best offensive d-men, the top 6 is stacked, and the bottom six can play as well.


At this point, if they can stay healthy this is my team to make it out of the west into the the finals. So I think if they can make a push for a guy like Hall they should do it.

They have a good chance I would say.

Definitely would benefit both teams,
the draft this coming draft is one of the deepest in the past years so even if colorado advances far into playoffs and get a later pick, it would still be worth it.
Though that would still depend on NJD's scouting team, but at least their value of the late 1st rd pick is much higher than a weak draft year.
Getting a roster player and timmins is also a bonus, especially since Hall doesn't have plans to stay with jersey.
I don't like to see Colorado lock up Hall for 8 yrs tho, i feel he's too injure prone already. I agree with others, if he signs for 5-6yrs, it's a no brainerrrr!

Byram isn't anywhere close to Makar, but damn if he also pans out to be an all arounder D, GGGGGGG
