I figure it's only a couple of years more of this Maryland + Rutgers experiment and we'll swap you two out for teams that actually try on a consistent basis. At least the fighting turtles used to compete in basketball but idk what y'all are doing anymore tbh

Men are consistently ranked at basketball outside of an injury-plagued season. We've won recent championships at women's basketball and lacrosse (and other irrelevant sports).

Rutgers offers literally nothing to the conference. There was an interesting graphic about it actually. (Saw it on Reddit)

B1G would have been much better off trying to lure Boise State or some other Mountain West team.

Oh, I'm not arguing that the twerps are more valuable than the Scarlet Letters, but both schools still seem out of place years later. When we added you two, I'm pretty sure Boise State was generating too much appeal to be swayed, but it would have been nice to see a different brand of football in the conference

Out of place because we're undefeated. Maybe we should be 4-3 like the Badgers and we'll fit in better
