those are from the comp thread last week..i was 219 that morning and monday evening i was 222 before my workout, so i have a lot of water weight fluctuation i think
(CSB, my box squat numbers are going up - monday it went: 135x5, 185x5, 225x5 (warm-ups), then 275, 355, 425, 475 (4 reps for each of the working sets - was gunna go for 500, but 455 was the most i tried prior to monday, so i thought that would be too much of a jump) )
