Ok i was recently at the website and it says servers are offline? so if you guys are playing this please tell me how... and where i can go to download it.

Are you located in EU or the US? You can download the European version of the game at http://www.mythos-europe.com/en/index.html under 'download'

ya ya i got it now.. thanks but how or where do i create an account for this? since the actual website is down?
