Hopefully they get Freeman signed soon. The longer it goes the scarier it gets. It should have been done before last season. Now the Dodgers are showing interest after losing scherzer and seager.

I have to think Freeman is a Brave for life it just wouldn't feel right if he went somewhere else.

I thought the same when Pujols was with the Cardinals. I think he resigns but it's become a lot more dicey. He has significant ties to Southern California and now that Seager singed with the Rangers. The Dodgers potentially have room at 1st because turner is going to SS and Muncy can move over to 2nd. It's never ideal to have the Dodgers and Yankees interested for a penny pinching mid market team.

Last line is what scares me the most about not having Freeman already resigned.

Sheesh; can't believe the Braves are gonna let the face of the franchise since Chipper Jones walk; they really shit the bed letting it drag on this long and would be a huge blow to every Braves fan if they don't resign him.. especially fresh off a Championship..
