Vince has stepped down, yes. Steph, HHH and Bruce Pritchard (I think) are in charge now and Raw has gotten A LOT better over the past month or two. Long term storytelling and actual great "midgets" like Balor and Riccochet are getting pushed and they listen a lot more to the fans nowadays. Stars like Strowman, Karrion Kross&Scarlett, Gallows&Andersson and Bray Wyatt are back and the womens divison gets a lot of focus despite Sasha, Becky and Charlotte being MIA at the moment
