was it really ever not like this? even in the peak of HoN I remember being forced to play support role to prevent myself from taking an auto-loss if some Russian griefed carry lane with a hard carry pick

haven't played HoN for a couple years now because the game is completely dead, tbh the game deserved it because the marketers responsible for promoting the game got too greedy in the infancy stage of MOBAs

LOL took off the way it did because it was free to download and play from the beginning. HoN tried to reconcile by making the game free to play later down the line but it was already too late, damage had been done
