Clevo P775TM1-G https://www.clevo.com.tw/clevo_prodetail.asp?id=1071&lang=en

My configuration:

- CPU: Intel Core i9-9900K 8 cores, 16 threads, 3.60 GHz, 5.0 GHz Turbo Boost (OC-HT, 16MB Smart Cache)
- RAM: 64 GB DDR4 2.666MHz CL15 (4x16.384MB)
- SSD (M.2): 1.0 TB Samsung 970 PRO NVMe
- Hard Drive 1: SSD 1.0 TB Samsung 860 EVO (S.ATA III)
- Hard Drive 2: none
- Display: 17,3" AHVA UHD 4K 3.840x2.160 G-SYNC
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 8,0 GB GDDR6 (not the Max-Q one, which is designed for powersaving and has lower performance)
- Wireless: Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 9260

- Second Display: Dell UP2716D 2K, Calibrated.
- NAS: QNAP Ts 231p2 2 x 4TB WD Red, Raid 1.

On left my glorious 5 years old notebook (also Clevo) which I'm going to sell as soon as I'm done with all the backups.

I use it for photo editing, digital painting, 3D modelling and rendering.
You may a notebook? I prefer it to a tower since I often move and occasionally work from home.
I've all my documents synchronized on my NAS which sits in my office and I can access to it wherever I am.
Also nowadays new workstation laptops like these have specs which are very similar to a tower PC, except they are more pricey.

My little spot. Nothing fancy but works well for me.
Desk was just a DIY project. 30$ even for all material/parts.
The monitor desktop is a piece I stole off the old desk before tossing it. Until I decide to buy a new monitor and wallmount it.
