200 Via weapon, is what has been going on for the past 5-6 year's.
Stupid rule overall, no one will benefit from stacking ele damage any who, but that's my 2 cents.

Agreed. I remember now that any wep over 200 ele dmg was considered as bm.

Yeah that's the same as the existing rule on page 1 though. Just states weapon ele dmg. I'm assuming it's because people didn't stack ele (except poison before that rule) dmg so it was an afterthought for charms or gear dmg.

☆GM Melee Rules☆

1) GM Melee rules apply to all duels See page 1 for rules.
2) You may change gear twice during a set and once between each set.
3) Using a token mid-challenge is not allowed.
4) A challenge will be best 2/3 sets, first to 6 must win each set by 2 duels.
5) If both players die it is a draw



☆Challenge System☆

- Want to be added to the ladder? Please post your JSP name/Character name - type of character.
- You are allowed to challenge 1-2 ranks above you until you get to #3. At #3, you win both to get to #1.
- To issue a challenge you must pm your opponent, then post in thread.
- If you issue a challenge and win, you must wait 12 hours to issue another challenge. If you issue a challenge and lose you must wait 24 hours to issue another challenge, or 48 hours to rechallenge the same person.
- If you are challenged and win, you can issue a challenge immediately. If you are challenged and lose, you must wait 24 hours to issue a challenge.
- 5-Day Dodge rule NO EXCEPTIONS (AFK, No-reply, No-show = Auto-loss) 2 consecutive Dodges = Removed from ladder.
- If you cannot complete your challenge on time it is the responsibility of the challenged to post why it wasn't completed.
If neither of you post why it wasn't completed, its a dodge for the challenged individual. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- GM Melee rules apply to all duels. See Page 1 for outline of rules. If you have any questions about the rules, post.

I did confirm that there isn’t a set cap for ele dmg on ugml, the only rule that mentions ele dmg is on weapons and is how it was enforced. That said if someone did load up on ele dmg in their inventory they would be worse off compared to 32020s anyway since our duels are in nm and they’d have worse overall stats.
