To be honest, i was a huge James fan, unfortunately our coach was not "brave" enough to bench Müller at that time and let James play. Based on talent, i would say James and Coutinho are equal, however James showed his talent more.
Coutinho had maybe 10 games straight in the starting 11 and failed to deliver BUT the entire squad was horrible, so lets see how he will do those weeks.
