Brian May time traveled from the 80's to play himself

Fucking ridiculous how good the guy they cast to play him was. Spot fucking on.

I still don't understand why it got such underwhelming reviews, I hate musically driven movies and I loved this. Sure, it glossed over some of Freddie's life and took some liberties with dates/events to make for a more dramatic story, but I loved it.

I do fucking LOVE Queen though, so maybe I'm just biased.

Queen is one of my favorites of all time. Might be why I liked it so much. Watched it 4 damn times lol

And honestly, all the cast members were pretty fucking spot on as far as looks, but May was like a damn clone lol.

I haven't watched it, and honestly probably won't, but the only knock on it that I've heard is about how untrue a large portion of the movie is.

The only straight fabricated thing is the band breakup. Other than that, they move some dates/people around, but the people complaining about large portions of it being fabricated, are just being whiny.

Since you haven't seen the movie, it's difficult to talk in detail about the other changes. Just know that none of them ruin the movie, or change the story of Mercury/Queen substantially. They modified a few things to make it more dramatic, as movies do.

The Man Who Killed Hitler and Then the Bigfoot

So, my dad showed me the trailer for this and I was surprised by how decent it looked. I also love Sam Elliott, so I thought I'd give it a shot. While it was a well done movie with some entertaining things, it just dragged ass. I never thought a movie about a guy who kills Hitler and then Bigfoot could be boring, but this was boring.... Some powerful moments, great delivery by Elliott, but the movie fell flat.

Await Further Instructions

Surprisingly good. One of the better thrillers I've seen in awhile.

I just watched Velvet Buzzsaw on netflix because the trailer looked a little freaky and the trailer kind of reminded me of Dorian Gray at first.

Anyone else watch this yet?
