This is a guide for a welling mage. Not a guardian. Healing in catas is just an easy way to get lvl'd up.

how does Magic luck affects your drops ?
if you have good gear , charm 55 with 150++ ee , nice heal , and 4x intelligence robe , is better to get a 10+ magic luck dagger/staff ? or buy +intelligence weapon too

Noone knows quite how magic luck effects drops or mutes. Best thing would be to test. If you do use magic luck gear I would suggest getting at least a little bit of intel on the items or you will find yourself losing some wellls.

I don't quite understand why you use Heal Mastery and then switch over to Intel.
And I did read the response you gave to the other guy.

It's meant for catacombs, since you can gain fast levels by them the most productive method of using a mage is healing in there. Your gonna go nowhere doing casting damage in cata's because your mana will run out before you blink your eyes, thus having heal mastery gear - so you can heal. Which conserves your mana because your only doing it every now and then = which ultimately goes a long way in cata. If you are soloing then of course you'll need the intel gear and you are damage casting then, but he says those levels use heal mastery in cata. Then once your 55 + use your int gear and solo the rest

So if i dont have a lot of fg to start off dont make this type of slasher?
