Cool update
I managed to get one glyph, and LS being completely different from many other games I've played, I got to say I haven't seen anything like this update before.


And I don't see how this will "make the rich richer".

^^ This looks like a nice little addition

- Monsters give more xp
- from njaguar: Falling through a trapdoor lands you on another level of the catacombs, that is slightly harder than your current level. Ie, you can fight higher level mobs, and find higher level loot.

Edit: and hopefully not as difficult as Glyphin'. It would be cool to have Glyph/Fish statistics: 0 Successful Glyphs/7 Attepts; 10 Fish/7 Attempts--but unnecessary.

not complaining but it's so hard that it could be called a new game

let's say you get enough practice and dexterity to follow & click the matching things..you need luck (or mass brains ) to guess the right choice by the !???!

i think i spent like 2 hours trying and did it only once.

on average the !???! wont appear enough times to make you fail if you're hitting everything else correctly.
sometimes it will. but what would be the fun in a guaranteed success once you get the clicking down?

Can you use multiple glyphs on the same guy? (i.e. multiple glyphs of +1 life regen) and if you log out/get disconnected does the timer on the glyphs continue to count? Or could I log out, come back an hour later and still have the glyph(s)?

Do any of the base stats, like intelligence or dexterity, affect a character's skill?

I've been glyphing for the last few minutes.

I find it irritating in this 1 respect:

The game slows for a second, and 4 different commands have gone past, cutting down the bar in one fell swoop.

This might just be my browser, but it is getting quite frustrating.

When this occurs, it makes glyphing near impossible for me.
