Vague exactly on where to put skill points.

I'm trying out melee rogue.

If you could expand and give example.

What's wrong with it? High str for axes because it's damage doesn't vary much and high dex for swords because it's more capable of getting higher crits.

I wouldn't recommend meleeing a rogue. Barbarian or Fighter would be much better.

In the end the only advice I will give you is go all dexterity, get the highest defense armor you can get while still getting a good dexterity/life steal mix.

Just leave the thread. We don't need your negativity. Hevial hasn't slash with the current new system because he didn't like it. So since he doesn't slash with the changes he should not be giving advice.

Am I bringing Hevial down? No, he is a very dedicated slasher.

You also have to see if he was playing, he would be using the best of the best gear and it wouldn't really matter how he stats his chars, because his gear is very powerful.

there are some good tips here. mixing stats is best for me, but ofc builds differ depending on gear. good work tho, looks very well oganized and there are some good tips especially for newer slashers here.

yes you do want to go more str for axes, dex for swords. a str build with a sword is a joke. (tho dex build with axe is ok).
