hello good sir ray

i fell off a roof and my leg got cut pretty bad, so no legs at the gym for a while. I can still do upper body though. I'm looking for a 4 day routine, was thinking chest/back/shoulders/arms (arms is a lagging body part for m3)

25 years of age
188-190 lbs
6'1'' height
about 13-15% bodyfat i'd guess
been lifting for 5-6 years, 150 lbs was starting weight

thank you SIR

Hey raynor,

Just wondering if your have any workout plans for females? She’s looking to lose weight/tone, she has never set foot inside a gym but wants to start getting fit.

She is a beginner and is looking to start 3 days a week for an hour each day.

Thanking you for your help in advance.

It would be advantageous to warm up for about 5 minutes with some light cardio, then do brief stretching of the targeted muscle groups. Then stretch BETWEEN sets as needed, and after the workout as well for maximum benefit.

I need some advice.

I was stretching out my core and I over stretched it. What my best course of action to heal? I have no clue what I should do besides possible RICE method?

That's pretty much it!

It depends what kind of injury though, for now, just RICE and see how it improves.

I dont think there was anything serious. I started using heat. I can't take anti inflammatory due to inflammatory bowel problem. And since it's my core and I take the public transit alot like trains that require me to stand I have core activation a lot. That's if I can get a seat if possible.

What other injury could it possibly be? I dont think it's a hernia. It just feels sore and my abs feel tight

I think I already know the answer to this, but how can lack of sleep affect the bodys recovery from a pinched nerve?

Recently had surgery to repair a severely herniated disk in my back which definitely improved the pain/weakness/numbness in my leg. However I think I have another one in my hip that affects the same area. Not sure if I should go right back under the knife or try some other methods of recovery (my sleep quality is horrendous). Also, how much can inflammation of the sinuses affect sleep?

Trying to keep this simple but the issues imp having are some long term things I'm trying to finally get fixed.

Thanks a bunch

i was browsing reddit and saw a lot of people recommend a Bidet. apparently it goes on the toilet and sprays water up your butt to wash after you poop. are those horribly disgusting or the best invention since the EZ curl bar?
