As a diablo 2 fan and a d4 enjoyer, while im waiting for bouth next seasons, im looking also for another arpg, anyone that plays here diablo games, have played last epoch and can vouch this game? Is it good? Is it worth buying? Im willing to try it cuz im not with high hopes of this season 2 of diablo 4, prob will play a few weeks and drop off again, gonna take long for the game to be solid. So with that beeing said, i need a new game to kill some time, poe is 2much info, so is lost ark, my last hope is last epoch. Anyone can tell me some experiences?

It has potential but is honestly pretty boring imo, might be something in a few years.

If you haven’t tried I’d suggest Poe.

last epoch is good. been playing. but it's beta with bugs. great loot system. great crafting. each skill has it's all passive tree and respec is pretty much free. also a global chat and multiplayer

o well, i bought baldurs gate, and tbh i tought it was an online game. instant regret. Also PoE is 2much info to learn with d2r and d4 coming new stuff next seasons plus PoE2 comming next year. not worth learning.

Thats why last epoch was a choice but no one plays that

a lot more than you think play it. if you get it youll see in chat. just people stream less due to it being a beta. you'll like it. it seems to be your middle ground. it's like d2 and poe center

EDIT. Last epoch also has offline mode and online.

LE is one of those games where it'll be stuck in "early access" and "development hell" for 20 years and people in 2040 will still be online spouting how its the next 2nd coming of d2

meanwhile poe 3 will be out pissing on yet another grave

also, their trading philosophy is god tier regarded

Looks like Raxx is about to switch games and try out Last Epoch as well. He said there's nothing to do in D4 so checking out other games to move on. I thought he'd be playing the game no matter what. His streams must not be getting much viewership if he's ditching. D4's viewcount doesn't even really have enough as a whole to support one twitch account.

The last holdout is probably going to be Rhykker if he hasn't already jumped ship.
