Hello, i need assistance for a smiter helmet

COA is the utmost best??? the fhr, the DR, but the str req is so insaneee...

would u use this circlet for a smiter?? what would you socket this with? jewels: x2 20life/40ED? or 40/15? or 20life/15 allres?

This helmet is significantly worse than Shako or Coa.
